Tamil TV - Insulting

Recently when I was browsing the channels in my TV, I was able to see a glaring channel which was awkwardly telling that the programs are for a holiday. But all the other Tamil channels were clearly saying that its for Vinayakar Chathurthi. Also saw the same for Aayuda puja. The job that we do is our god. This pooja is for thanking and continuing the job with full involvement. But that particular chanel is not accepting it.

They want to show that they are non-believers of Hindu gods and Hindu festivals...particularly with the Brahmin community.

It was really glaring when they announced the programs for Ramzan. A very pathetic situation. This is going to get a very very bad name for them.

I'm just waiting what they are going to tell for Diwali and Christmas.

Definitely the answer is :

Diwali - vidumurai naalai munittu....
Christmas - Christmas dina nigazchigalai vazangupavargal....

They're making laughing stock and insulting themselves.

Change it to go smooth in the society.

Dream Future

Chapter 2:

The driving culture is getting more and more worse now-a-days, particularly in India.

Though there are a lot of points to be told, today I'm mentioning about a particular scenario which is the head lights. People don't care for the others who come in the opposite side and even the vehicle that is coming in the opposite side shows the signal to dim his head light, people don't care and they keep the bright and keep going. This makes the other driver in an very uncomfortable position. Really a few people don't understand what is that and why the other driver shows the signal to dim the head light. This is due to lack of experience in driving and knowledge.

Now-a-days whoever has money, just buys the cars. No matter whether he/she knows driving. They just go for a 2 weeks driving class from the driving school and start driving the vehicles. Those guys do their best but the only disadvantage is that they teach these buddies in the early morning or in the day time so these buddies don't have a knowledge of the night driving. This is really a pathetic situation. In the day time, they have a lot of possibility to escape from the accident...but if they are going to drive after 6pm, then they are risking their life. They don't have the knowledge, experience of the night driving and also don't know the language of the night drive.

The night drive language is a very very excellent thing which can't be done through books or by just hearing. People can't write books on this and name it as "Night drive for dummies". These kind of freshers or people who don't have the night drive experience have to travel with an experienced driver and try to know why they are doing things like that and in which situation they have to act smart. How not to irritate the other driver and go smoothly. These are some of the basic information. If I start writing on the night drive, we have to keep writing for months on that topic. There are so many informatin that we have to tell on that.

There is also another big disadvantage with these days car. Either the head lights are very powerful or they don't have the black eye in their head lights. Both manufacturers and the government forgot the rule that is implemented for the black eye which helps in avoiding most of the accidents. People think that will reduce the look of the vehicle. These idiots don't think of their life and they take more care on the look of the car/bike that they are having. Also, don't have bright headlights on within city limits. This really irritates the other drivers.

Guys whoever reads this blog is a fresher/inexperienced with night drive, start experiencing it with an experienced guy and learn with his/her guidence the night drive and its language. My dream will come true one day and all people will learn the night drive and enjoy their drive.

Dream Future

Chapter 1:

This is one of my dreams to streamline the job opportunity and people who are in need of job. The process which I thought might take time to implement but this will be more effective where in future nobody will work with one company.

Let us start from the I.T. companies, which will be easy to start with. We have to get ready with a global database where all the companies have to register and show the world that which person is working with which company and what is the joining date, his/her experience with the company and the designation with the unique id provided for the person. No other information is needed from the company as of now and we can start adding more information according to the needs.

Why we have to maintain a global database? This is to make sure with which company the person is working with and what is his experience and the designation. With this information the companies will be able to judge the person and this will minimize the risk of cheating in all the aspects like experience, designation, salary and so on. In future nobody will be working with one company and he/she will be working for more than two companies as home office is coming very fast. By introducing this process, the companies can avoid walk-ins which make more crowds and disappoint a lot of person by not getting selected and they can also get the exact person to minimize wasting of time. Even though we have online job sites for recruitment, this database will help the organizations to know the exact status of the person they recruit.

The other side of this global database is the information of the end users who need to apply for job. Once the new user registers with the global database, he/she will be provided with a unique id to represent the user. They can also update their profile whenever they want to change and mention their field so that the companies who are searching for the candidates can filter according to the category and call for an interview for that person. Once they call for the interview, the company has to mark the person as blocked for interview with date and time so that the other company who searches for the same person can make appointment with the person at his/her convenient time.

The company is also responsible for changing the status of the person once the person is selected by the company and it will be automatically added to the global database. Some special searches can also provide the company to search for the employed person in a company and offer them a good job. A lot of man power is needed as time goes by and a lot of companies recruit person who put fake in their CV and they too know the cheating. Because of the urgent need of man power, the companies recruit those people knowing of their fake CV’s.

According to my calculation, the software companies can do this within two years of time and by this implementation the government and other organizations can also join this global catalog and make benefit of this facility. We should not allow separate global catalog for the fields and it should be maintained in a single database. If the country specific organizations need to maintain their own database, they can but we should have an agreement that the data should be synchronized always if the companies search according to the country for recruitment.

Hope we can bring this dream to implementation and benefit from it. Start the work today and the dream future will come true faster you work.

Law for Cell Phones

These days, cell phones is one of the family member and which makes people mad.

Doctors say that the rays that are emitted from cellphones are really bad for our health. This was said when cell phones were introduced and still now they keep saying to avoid it.

I'm really concerned about the health hazards of the young lings who start using these cell phone in a very tender age.

Now-a-days, lots of children below the age of 10 are using these cell phones without knowing about the negatives.

Government should pass a law that cell phones should be used by persons who are above 18. Like a driving license, this should be made compulsory otherwise our coming generations will be affected due to these rays that are emitted by these cell phones.

Please express your comments so that we can make this world aware of this hidden danger that is drawing our humanity.

Bot vs Humans

Everybody know that support is becoming a high priority in all the companies.

The only concern is that, are the support guys are treated as human beings or are they treated only as bots?

As all the American companies are outsourcing their support activities to India, the younger generation is getting screwed up due to the eratic shift timing, biological disorder and the work pressure they have in the BPO's due to the heavy flow of support calls/chats/e-mails with strict process.

The younger generation is looking only the money they get in the BPO's but not the health they are losing there. To overcome the work pressure, politics and harrasement of the senior officials, they try to come out and they drug themselves to forget the pressure.

If this situation is going to be continuing in India, may be the world organizations have to invest a lot of money to take care of the health of these younger generation as they take care of the people in Somalia.

Another pathetic situation is in BPO's is that, the support guys are paid peanuts for their hard work. The companies who take the outsourcing are getting a lot of money and they are not paying a good price for the hard work of the young bees. Still the youngsters are thinking that the price they get is more than they expected and keep mum.

Why is this situation still in India? Will these pathetic situations change in the future to save India?

Eventhough the support technicians work hard, they don't get appreciation from their higher officials. What is there in appreciating when a guy is doing one of the toughest job?

Hope all these will get good fruits as time goes by.
